Self esteem refers to the way we think about ourselves and the value that we place on ourselves as a person. Low self esteem results from holding on to negative beliefs about ourselves. These beliefs are usually taken as facts or truths about our identity but they are not, they are learned. They can therefore be unlearned, meaning you can change such negative and restricting views. Doing this can help you to fulfil your potential and finally live the life you deserve.
